- Explore the choices available to you; and
- Decide on the next steps to realize your vision

How it works

Define Your Dream is a three-month coaching program.
Here’s how it works:

  • As soon as you sign up, you will receive your Break Free Personal Assessment and a link to schedule our six bi-weekly 60-minute coaching calls together.

  • During each one of those coaching calls, we will define your vision and lay out your choices.

  • Ahead of each coaching session, you will have access to downloadable worksheets containing tools and exercises to clarify your values, life purpose, goals and other areas.

  • Between sessions, you will have access to me by email and/or WhatsApp (I respond within 24 hours at the latest) for any questions or issues that arise.

  • At the end of our sessions together, you will also receive recommendations of personal development resources in areas such as habit formation, goal-setting, managing mindset, or other areas useful to your personal journey.

  • SPECIAL BONUS: You will receive access to my signature tool “Career Futures Reflection Guide” which will help you assess and visually compare your various options.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Online courses are great for learning at your own pace, but they lack one element which is essential when you’re making big changes. That element is accountability. Accountability is one of the benefits of coaching and a key reason why it’s so effective…and it’s built into the Define Your Dream coaching program!

    Through our weekly sessions, you will benefit from that accountability, whether it’s discussing your “homework” exercises; getting feedback on goals and plans; or reporting back on actions you committed to take between sessions. Accountability has been proven to increase focus, motivation, and confidence, all of which positively impact results.

  • The coaching sessions will take place by Zoom video- or teleconference. As soon as you schedule the sessions, I will send you a link and password by email, which you will use for all six sessions.

  • During our sessions together, I will guide you through a structured process to clarify your vision, lay out and assess your options, so that you can choose which direction you will follow to pursue your dreams and aspirations. We will be using many different practical tools and exercises in addition to coaching methodologies. While the process is structured, there is built-in room for flexibility to adapt to your specific needs and what comes up for you during or between sessions.

    As a coach, I will not be giving you advice or telling you what’s best for you (after all, you are the expert in your own life), but you can expect me to ask you powerful questions (hint: they’re the ones you have to think a bit before you answer), check assumptions and question beliefs.

    While the weekly coaching sessions will be tailored to your individual needs, here’s an example of what they could look like:

    Week 1: Your core values and purpose

    Week 2: Your vision

    Week 3: Your short-, medium- and long-term goals

    Week 4: Your career options and how to choose

    Week 5: Your habits

    Week 6: Your plan

    At the end of each session, we will jointly agree on your “homework” for next time, which can be an assessment, set of exercises or actions you commit to taking. We will start each session by reviewing the homework and what you learned from doing (or not doing!) it.

  • I know that life gets busy and often things fall by the wayside. I’m not going to lie to you: you will get out of this program what you put in. The more you engage and do the work, the better results you will see. But I promise you, the exercises will be both engaging and revealing and we will definitely have fun during our sessions!

    Your time investment will be worth the outcome: feeling clear about what you really want for yourself and who you want to be, as well as different pathways for getting there. You will feel energized and motivated to go after your vision!

  • Things can happen unexpectedly – to both of us – so it’s understandable that you may need to reschedule a session. Our time is valuable, so I ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice, when feasible, so that I can adjust my schedule. I will, of course, do the same.
